Rebecca L. Edwards, SPHR, SCPRebecca is a dual senior certified, award-winning Human Resources expert. With 25+ years of in-house HR experience, she launched Infinite HR of Charlotte in 2020 as a comprehensive HR consulting firm.

Rebecca holds Senior level certifications from both SHRM and HRCI. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where she earned her Business Administration degree with special distinction in English, and served as a National Toyota Scholars spokesperson.
In 2019, her outstanding HR practices garnered the Charlotte Business Journal's Best in HR Award, the NCIPMA-HR Award for Innovative Training and Career Development, and a third consecutive annual ranking among the Charlotte Region's Healthiest Employers. At the end of 2019, she was extended membership in the distinguished Forbes HR Council for senior level executives nationwide and has penned over a dozen published contributions for Forbes.com to date including 4 featured articles. She has been interviewed and cited as an expert in SHRM's international HR Magazine on multiple occasions . She was inducted into Who's Who in Black Charlotte in 2023 and in the 125th edition of Marquis' Who's Who Among American Business Leaders in 2024. She has participated as a Mentor for 6 years in the Charlotte Business Journal's Mentoring Monday event. She also served on the Associate Board of UNC-Charlotte's Women in Business Group for 3 years.
